The income guidelines below are used to determine eligibility. Eligibility is based on household size, annual household income, and other applicable program requirements.

Application Review
All applications are reviewed using the same resident selection criteria, including verification of income and assets, landlord references, and standard background screening for all household members age 18 and older, in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult (age 18 or older) is required at the time of application.
